Garden Flowers

Some things old are new again! I was organizing some Stampin' Up! materials and came accrosse some old inspiration sheets. There was a layout using flowers and this design came to me. I just had to create some before I started cleaning off my dining room table (yes, stamping stuff has been set out for a week now).

Yes, I am still on the 2008 Stampin' Up! In Color kick...and seem to never pull out the felt flowers and staples.

Stamping Out Stress

Stamping relieves stress. I have been stamping almost every evening for a week; I must be stressed out!

I created this layout in two different color combinations. As you can see I am still using the Stampin Up! 2008 In Colors.

Have you ever noticed how much can change when you just change out the ribbon color?

Long Note Flowers

Long notes can be overlooked when you need a different shape or fold for a card.

These long notes were created using Stampin' Up! materials and as you can see I am using up my 2008 In color papers and embelishments.

Butterflies Fluttering Fun

The butterflies are fluttering now that the warm weather is back. Where have I been? Well, I took my mom to Door County for her birthday and the lacrosse season for the boys is finally wrapping up. To celebrate, I have been stamping all week long.

Get ready for some creative fun!

I love this layout. I was inspired by another demonstrator's swap but changed a few things and created the layout in two color combinations.

All product is Stampin' Up! and the colors are the 2008 Retired In Colors.

Now go flutter some butterflies; I mean, go stamp some butterflies!

Decorative Brads

Have you created with these fun decorative brads by Stampin' Up!? I chose chocolate chip and very vanilla for my base and then mixed it with baja breeze and kiwi kiss to coordinate with the brads.



I used a stamp for the stamping element on very vanilla; but a stamping wheel would work great to.





Confused about using your crop-a-dial with this project? No worries, Stampin' Up! packaging for these brads has the settings listed that you need for success.

May Flowers

May showers bring May Flowers....Where did may go? I realize that May came and went without a post and no, we didn't have much for showers.

In May I got together with one of my "T's" - and stamped! I wanted to show Tonya a new technique that I saw on a blog listed below under my list of inspirations; Patty's Stamping Spot.


These floral beauties were created using the Manhattan flower impression die, glossy paper, a brayer and some ink. Patty has a technique video that is easy to follow; the key is to run your glossy paper through upside down so that the glossy side has the impression down, not raised.

Circut and Butterflies

This is a favorite layout. Instead of using scallop circle die with the Big Shot, I cut some scallop circles with the Circut. The paper is retired Stampin' Up! 2007 "in colors" and the stamp set is current Stampin' Up! Flight of the Butterfly and the ribbon is also Stampin' Up! white taffeta.
