Four Seasons - Summer

I wanted to use the stamp set Branch Out and create four seasons. Today I created Summer. Using all Stampin' Up! products: paper and ink-Old Olive, Rich Razzleberry, Soft Suede. I roughed up the edge of the Old Olive layer, stamped color on color for the Rich Razzleberry layer and stamped the design on Very Vanilla.

The button adds a bit of texture and the ribbon; well that isn't ribbon, I distressed a thin piece of paper!

On the inside of the card, I used a piece of very vanilla and stamped in the corner.

The next season will be Fall.

Card for the man!

This is the first time I have used this stamp set that has been retired for at least a year or two. Artifacts by Stampin' Up! I really like this set, it travels with me on my stamping retreats, I pull it out when I am in a stamping mood; but it hasn't been used until now.

I had a request for masculine cards and knew this was the set to use. All products are Stampin' Up! colors/paper (basic black, more mustard, bravo burgandy, kraft). I have more ideas in mind and will post soon.
